Privacy Policy

Overage Acquisition, Inc.
Last updated: September 2, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Overage Acquisition, Inc. ("Overage Acquisition," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit overageacquisition.com and related pages we operate (the "Site"), request our free training, purchase or use Master Training: Overage Acquisition, take part in coaching or our members' community, or communicate with us (together, the "Services"). It also describes the choices you have.

By using the Services you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us directly

  • Free-training request. Your first name and email address when you submit the form on the Site to watch the free training.
  • Purchase. Your name, email address, billing address, and phone number (if provided) when you enroll in Master Training: Overage Acquisition. Card and bank details are entered directly into our payment processors' secure checkout; we never receive or store your full card number. We receive a confirmation of the transaction and limited details such as the card type and last four digits.
  • Account and course activity. Your login, profile details, course progress, lesson completions, and anything you post or upload in the members' area or community.
  • Coaching and support. What you share in one-on-one or group coaching sessions, support emails, and community discussions, which may include details about counties you are working, claims, and claimants. Group sessions may be recorded (see Section 7).
  • Testimonials. Reviews, results, and images you choose to send us.
  • Correspondence. Anything you send us by email, text, or through the Site.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and connection data: IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device type, operating system, and language.
  • Usage data: pages viewed, time on page, referring URL, links and buttons clicked, video-play and watch-time data for the free training and course videos, and login and access activity within the members' area.
  • Cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and advertising pixels (see Section 5).

Information from others

  • Our platform and payment providers send us transaction confirmations, delivery and open data for emails, and fraud-prevention signals.
  • Advertising platforms tell us, in aggregate, which ads led to visits or purchases.

We do not ask for, and ask you not to send us, sensitive personal information such as government ID numbers, financial account numbers, or health information. Information about claimants that you discuss in coaching is your responsibility to handle lawfully.

2. How we use information

  • To deliver the free training you requested and the course, coaching, community, templates, and support you purchased.
  • To create and manage your account, process payments and payment-plan installments, and provide receipts.
  • To send transactional and service messages about your purchase, access, coaching sessions, and changes to our terms or policies.
  • To send marketing emails about our training, program, and related offers, which you can stop at any time (Section 6).
  • To understand how the Site and Services are used and to improve content, lessons, and support.
  • To measure and improve our advertising, including showing our ads to people who visited the Site.
  • To detect and prevent fraud, chargebacks, unauthorized account sharing, and redistribution of course material.
  • To enforce our Terms of Service and other policies, and to comply with law.
  • With your permission, to display your testimonial or result in our marketing.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some of our advertising activity may be considered "sharing" or a "sale" under certain state privacy laws; Section 9 explains how to opt out.

3. Who we share information with

We share personal information only as described here.

  • Service providers that operate parts of the Services on our behalf: Kajabi (website, member area, checkout, and email delivery), Stripe and PayPal (payment processing), Zoom (coaching sessions), YouTube and our video hosting provider (video delivery and playback analytics), Google Analytics (site measurement), Meta and Google (advertising measurement and delivery), and our email and scheduling tools. Each is permitted to use your information only to provide its service to us.
  • Professional advisors โ€” accountants, attorneys, and insurers โ€” where needed to run the business.
  • Other members, only to the extent you choose to post in the community or speak in a group session.
  • Legal and safety โ€” if required by law, subpoena, or legal process; to respond to a chargeback or dispute; or to protect our rights, property, or safety or those of others.
  • Business transfers โ€” if we merge with, are acquired by, or sell assets to another company, personal information may be transferred; we will notify you by email or a notice on the Site.

4. Advertising

We advertise on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, and YouTube. These platforms may place cookies or pixels on the Site to measure whether an ad led to a visit or a purchase, and to show our ads to you elsewhere ("retargeting"). We may also give a platform a hashed (scrambled) version of your email address to match or build an advertising audience. You can limit ad personalization through your Meta and Google account settings, and opt out of cross-context behavioral advertising as described in Section 9.

5. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, measure traffic, and deliver and measure advertising. When you first visit the Site a cookie banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies; you can change your choice at any time from the banner's settings link, and you can also block cookies in your browser. Some features, such as staying logged in to the members' area, will not work without essential cookies.

Do Not Track. Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no common standard for interpreting these signals, we do not currently respond to them. We do honor Global Privacy Control signals where the law requires it (Section 9).

Third-party tracking. Analytics and advertising providers may collect information about your activity over time and across other websites when you visit the Site.

6. Email and text messages

When you request the free training or purchase, you agree to receive emails from us. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and we honor requests promptly. You can also write to [email protected]. We will still send transactional messages about your purchase, access, or account.

If you give us your mobile number and consent to text messages, we may send automated texts about the training, your enrollment, and related offers. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop and HELP for help.

7. Coaching recordings and community content

Group coaching sessions and calls may be recorded and made available to members so those who missed a session can catch up. By joining a session you consent to being recorded. One-on-one sessions are recorded only with your agreement. Recordings and community posts are visible to other members and are kept for as long as the program is offered. Please do not share other members' claim or claimant details outside the community, and do not post personal information about claimants.

8. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and afterwards as needed to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, defend chargebacks, and enforce our agreements. Purchase and access records are kept for at least seven years. Free-training leads who never purchase are kept on our email list until they unsubscribe, after which we retain only what is needed to honor the opt-out. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, why we use it, and whom we share it with.
  • Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you in a portable format.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Delete your personal information, subject to exceptions such as records we must keep for tax, accounting, chargeback, or legal reasons.
  • Opt out of the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and of any activity that qualifies as a "sale" under your state's law.
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We will not deny you the Services, charge a different price, or provide a different level of service because you exercised a privacy right.

We extend these rights to all customers and visitors, whether or not a particular state law requires it.

How to make a request. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Request" and tell us what you would like. We will verify your identity, normally by confirming that you control the email address on the account, and respond within the time required by law (generally 45 days). An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with your written permission. To opt out of advertising sharing, use the same email or the cookie banner settings; we also honor Global Privacy Control browser signals as an opt-out request.

California residents. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, the categories of personal information we collect are identifiers, commercial information, internet activity, approximate geolocation, and inferences drawn from them, for the purposes in Section 2. We do not sell personal information for money and have not done so in the past 12 months; advertising activity described in Section 4 may be "sharing" under the CCPA, which you may opt out of as above. California Civil Code ยง 1798.83 ("Shine the Light") lets California residents ask about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing; we do not make such disclosures.

Nevada residents. We do not sell covered information as defined in NRS 603A. Nevada residents may nevertheless submit an opt-out request to [email protected] and we will honor it.

Visitors outside the United States. The Services are operated from the United States and intended for U.S. residents. If you use them from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from your own.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, and we rely on our platform and payment providers โ€” which maintain their own security programs and PCI compliance โ€” for the systems they operate. Access to member data is limited to people who need it to run the business. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a breach that affects your information, we will notify you as required by law.

11. Children

The Services are for adults. You must be 18 or older to purchase, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Links to other sites

The Services link to county websites, auction platforms, records systems, skip-trace vendors, and other third-party sites. Their privacy practices are their own; review their policies before providing information.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page, and where we hold your email address we will make reasonable efforts to notify you. Continued use of the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
